However, you can buy online by clicking on basket and benefit with our online prices.
BUYING AS A RESELLER?
Always contact iPOWER directly for negotiation.
You can only buy as a reseller upon providing a copy of your company’s incorporate certificate, VAT & BRN number with a minimum of 12 pieces.
Returns & Refunds
Returns can be made directly to our warehouse only within 5 days of purchases.
However,

returns can be made only when the equipments has not been used.

If equipment is damaged due to customer’s fault. No returns to be made.

If equipment has been damaged due to no earth wire connection for the house available. No returns to be made.

If equipment is in perfect condition, returns of a fee of 10% will be deducted for administrative fees.

If returns and pickup to be effected by our electrical team, a transport and personnel fee will be deducted depending on iPOWER grid fees.
Note: All equipment return request will be determined only after inspecting the items
